Within the framework of the free events and services provided by the Coaching Professional Qualification Academy, International Vision Institute , in cooperation with the Academy, held a free lecture entitled "Facing Life Challenges", on February 19, 2025 at the Best Western Hotel, in the presence of a number of those interested in self-development and mental skills development. The lecture dealt with several main themes, including:

How to recognize the challenges you face in life.
How to prepare the mind to face challenges effectively.
Raise mind performance and balance thinking to reach clearer and more confident decisions.

The lecture witnessed great interaction from the participants who benefited from the exercises and practical applications presented by the trainers, which helped them acquire effective strategies to face their daily challenges with confidence and awareness. This event is part of a series of programs that the Coaching Professional Qualification Academy seeks to provide in support of the community, with the aim of spreading the culture of personal development and enhancing effective thinking skills for various groups.
